CANCELLATION POLICY
The Revival Studio Cancellation Policy Our Policy Your appointments are very important to us, and that time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that life happens; however, to ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Late Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without any prior notice ("No-Call, No-Show") will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid interrupting the next client's service. In this instance, the 50% late cancellation fee will apply.
